I. Cleaning Service Notes:

This quote considers that the property is regularly maintained and in reasonable condition upon our arrival.Extra time will be added if:Blinds/ Mould/ Balcony/ Oven/ grill/ Walls/ Fridge/ Microwave/ Windows exterior/ Furnished.Also, if:(a) unusually soiled or neglected (such as dirty walls, greasy kitchen and mouldy bathrooms).(b) has housed cats/dogs (pet hair adds more time to vacuuming, and general cleaning).(c) hasn’t been professionally cleaned or regularly maintained for over 12 months.(d) objects/rubbish left inside.(e) No power at the property.Hard-to-remove stains are excluded, especially oil stains on the garage floor. We suggest advising in advance if any of the above applies.The service will have a guarantee of 7 days from the service date based on the ECR.
